Todd's Curry Sauce is dedicated to my mother, Sandra Pierson, who instilled the love of food and culture into my life.

Inspired by love for both Eastern and Western cuisines, I sought to craft a sauce that would tantalize taste buds and leave a lasting impression. With a dash of creativity and a sprinkle of experimentation, I meticulously blended spices and achieved the perfect balance of sweetness, curry, heat, and depth of flavor.

Amazing sauce!

This sauce was SO GOOD. I love the ease of it, so simply to just drizzle over shrimp or marinate chicken in it, plus it is so tasty!!! Couldn’t recommend this more!
