Todd's Curry Sauce is dedicated to Todd's mother, Sandra, who instilled the love of food and culture into his life.
My mother always made food fun, so ultimately, my goal was simple:
Inspired by love for both Eastern and Western cuisines, I sought to craft a sauce that would tantalize taste buds and leave a lasting impression. With a dash of creativity and a sprinkle of experimentation, I meticulously blended spices and achieved the perfect balance of sweetness, curry, heat, and depth of flavor.

It had me speaking with an accent that I do not have. The daddy of sauces...it slapped my face and told me to respect it. 10/10 would put this on a flip flop and eat it.

The most uniquely flavored sauce I have had the pleasure of tasting. It has a broad range of uses from a condiment, to an integral ingredient in curry chicken etc. Do yourself a favor and get a bottle or three!

I like this sauce a lot, but...
I like this sauce a lot. I got my first one from a festival, but the next ones (3) I got online from their site. When I received them I opened the first one and it was clumpy and not the same color as the other two I ordered. Taste-wise it tasted just fine, but it had clumps of the pepper in them and patches of bright red on the neck of the bottle and shaking the bottle doesn't mix it up. The first one from the festival was very smooth and consistent. Other than that I would have given a 5 star.
UPDATE: I spoke to someone at the site and they are replacing the bottle for me, even though the thought is it may be perfectly fine. Great customer service!
