Cheesy Garlic-Stuffed Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1/4 cup Todd’s Curry Sauce

  • 2–4 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 (20 oz) large round loaf bread

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Swiss cheese, garlic, and Todd’s Curry Sauce until well combined.

  3. Slice the top off the bread loaf and set it aside. Hollow out the bottom half of the loaf, leaving about a 1-inch shell.

  4. Cut the bread removed from the center of the loaf into 1-inch cubes. Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Set aside for serving.

  5. Spoon the cheese mixture into the hollowed-out bread shell and replace the top of the loaf.

  6. Wrap the stuffed loaf in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until the filling is thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted.

  7. Serve warm with the toasted bread cubes for dipping.
