15 minutes
Ingredients
1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken, (rotisserie chicken works great)
4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
½ cup shredded mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbl Todd’s Curry Sauce, (plus extra for dipping)
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions or chopped cilantro
24–30
Cooking spray or olive oil spray
A small bowl of water, (for sealing)
Todd’s Curry Seasoning
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Todd’s Curry Sauce, shredded chicken, shredded cheese, and green onions or cilantro. Mix until well blended.
Lay 4–6 wonton wrappers flat on a clean cutting board or surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wrapper. Dip your finger in water and lightly moisten the outer edges of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper diagonally over the filling to create a triangle. Press the edges firmly from the center outward to push out any trapped air and seal them tight.
Place the assembled wontons on your prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray (this helps them get extra golden and crispy). Shake on Todd’s Curry Seasoning for added flavor. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through if desired, until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
Let them cool for 2–3 minutes, then serve warm with extra Todd’s Curry Sauce or a sweet chili dip on the side.
