Matthew McConaughey’s original recipe took the internet by storm, and with a little help from Todd’s Curry Sauce, we’ve given it a spicy twist that’ll keep you coming back for more. Ingredients

2 tablespoons Todd’s Curry Sauce

10 ounces canned high-quality tuna packed in oil

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/3 cup mayonnaise (plus more if you like it creamier)

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1/4 cup dill pickle gherkins, finely diced

Directions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and wasabi paste to make the dressing.
In a medium bowl, combine the canned tuna with the dressing, stirring until the tuna is evenly coated.
Add Todd’s Curry Sauce along with the red onion, gherkins, jalapeno chips, apple, agave syrup, corn kernels, and peas. Stir until well mixed.
Serve immediately with your choice of lettuce wraps, crackers, pita bread, or croissants. If you’re meal prepping, cover and refrigerate—McConaughey himself says this recipe tastes even better the next day as the flavors have time to marry.
