This method of holiday ham is a game changer, for generations to come!

Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked spiral ham (8–10 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup Todd’s Curry Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mike’s Hot Honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (optional, for extra moisture)

Directions

    Preheat the Oven:

    1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.

    Prepare the Ham:

    1. Place the spiral ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.
    2. Bake the ham for 10–12 minutes per pound (approximately 1.5–2 hours).
    3. While the ham bakes, mix Todd’s Curry Sauce, Mikes Hot Honey, and orange juice (if using) in a small saucepan. Heat over low until the sugar dissolves and the glaze is smooth.

    Glaze the Ham:

    1. Remove the foil during the last 20 minutes of baking. Brush the glaze generously over the ham, ensuring it seeps between the slices.

    Finish Baking:

    1. Return the ham to the oven, uncovered, and bake for the final 20 minutes, basting once or twice with more glaze.

    Serve:

    1. Remove the ham from the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes, and serve warm.
