Curry Glazed Ham with Mike's Hot Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked spiral ham (8–10 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup Todd’s Curry Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mike’s Hot Honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (optional, for extra moisture)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Place the spiral ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.
  3. Bake the ham for 10–12 minutes per pound (approximately 1.5–2 hours).
  4. While the ham bakes, mix Todd’s Curry Sauce, Mikes Hot Honey, and orange juice (if using) in a small saucepan. Heat over low until the sugar dissolves and the glaze is smooth.
  5. Remove the foil during the last 20 minutes of baking. Brush the glaze generously over the ham, ensuring it seeps between the slices.
  6. Return the ham to the oven, uncovered, and bake for the final 20 minutes, basting once or twice with more glaze.
  7. Remove the ham from the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes, and serve warm.
