Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked spiral ham (8–10 lbs)
- 1/2 cup Todd’s Curry Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mike’s Hot Honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice (optional, for extra moisture)
Directions
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
Prepare the Ham:
- Place the spiral ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.
- Bake the ham for 10–12 minutes per pound (approximately 1.5–2 hours).
- While the ham bakes, mix Todd’s Curry Sauce, Mikes Hot Honey, and orange juice (if using) in a small saucepan. Heat over low until the sugar dissolves and the glaze is smooth.
Glaze the Ham:
- Remove the foil during the last 20 minutes of baking. Brush the glaze generously over the ham, ensuring it seeps between the slices.
Finish Baking:
- Return the ham to the oven, uncovered, and bake for the final 20 minutes, basting once or twice with more glaze.
Serve:
- Remove the ham from the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes, and serve warm.
