Just got back from the Butcher's Block in SRQ. They had graciously set up free chicken wings for customers walking in!the sauce was phenomenal and i told Todd we were there to purchase some salmon and wondered if the sauce would work on that! He told me that was the first combination that a restaurant in SRQ offered with his sauce. Well tonight, we feasted on air fryer fresh salmon marinated in gluten free soy sauce and gluten free Todd's Curry Sauce! absolutely amazing. as an appetizer we had some veggie sushi, i had a tiny amount of sauce on each piece of sushi with the ginger, gf soy sauce and wasabi...it was AMAZING foodie's delight. honored to meet Todd and we are fans and willlook forward to tell others of this amazing sauce! would've attached pics but the remnants of the place aren't pretty LOL

This sauce can truly go on anything. The flavors are complex and bold and the perfect topping on any dish. Already planning my next meal with it!
